University Saskatchewan Information
The University of Saskatchewan can trace it's roots back to 1907 when it was formed as an agricultural college. Today it has grown in size to cater for around 19,000 students and is overseen by president Peter MacKinnon.
The university of Saskatchewan has attracted many re known faculty and scholars over the years; these include the Nobel prize winner Gerhard Herzberg and Henry Taube (both chemistry); the former prime minister of Canada John Diefenbaker; and the astrophysicist Alastair Cameron.
