Okayama University Information
Located in the city of the same name in Japan the Okayama university was established in 1870 as a medical school. Since it's early days the university has grown immensely and now has ten faculties and eight graduate schools. The university is set in an urban area of Okayama and today is governed by it's president Kyuzo Chiba.
Okayama is ranked as one of the top 400 universities in the world by both the Times and Jiao tong university in their rankings.
