This list of the best colleges and universities in America was created by taking the ranking positions of institutions listed in the Times and Jiao Tong world rankings and the USnews American rankings. Once each world ranking list was sorted by omitting non-American universities, the College ranks were added up; analysis then allowed the new PBA Best American College list to created.
